Delivery + Returns
We use Australia Post to ship our smaller items as their delivery area is the most comprehensive + cost effective. All orders received before 2pm (our time) will be shipped the very same day. We will send you an email with a tracking number so you can keep an eye out for your friendly neighbourhood postie!
Most orders will be received within 2-5 working days, unless you live in a remote area. Please bear this in mind when ordering gifts.
If you are in a hurry to get your delivery or just a little impatient like us, simply select express delivery at the checkout + we will send your item via express post for an additional charge.
Shipping is free for all standard orders over $75, with the exception of large + bulkier items which are sent via courier. Shipping is just $5 for all orders under $75.
If you would like to purchase a larger item, you will see a note in the description which lets you know you should contact us to arrange a quote.
Just send us an email to email@example.com + let us know your address + the item you are interested in + we will arrange a price for you as soon as possible.
If you really don't want to miss out on the item pop it in your cart + process the payment so you don't miss out. If you decide the freight price is too high we will refund your purchase.... its that easy!
We love wrapping gifts in the prettiest papers, so please select gift wrapping at the checkout if required.
At this time we only offer shipping within Australia.
We want you to love your items as much as we do.... but we also realise that shopping online means you sometimes need to return something to us.
Each delivery has a returns form included to make it easy for you.
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or colour you should contact us ASAP by email at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can hold the correct item for you until we receive your return. We can hold items to exchange for 5 business days.
Full priced items can be returned within 45 days for a full refund or credit note.
Sale items can be returned within 14 days for a credit note. Our credit notes do not expire so don't panic, you will find something you love to use your credit on!
Gift vouchers can not be returned.
We ask you to ensure you receive a tracking number when sending items back to us as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the mail. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless for some reason the item is damaged in transit.
Refunds + credit notes will be processed once the item has been received by us.
Don't worry, all of this information will be provided to you on your returns sheet.

Out of stock items
We update our stock list online daily, however if in the unlikely event two people happen to purchase the same item at the same time we will contact you ASAP to let you know the item is out of stock.
If we are able to reorder the item for you, we will let you know and send you a refund until the new item becomes available. Shipping times for out of stock items can depend upon the supplier but we will endeavour to keep you up to date. As soon as we receive the new item, we will contact you + let you know it is back in stock.
